Take, for example, the trees destined for Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) in their first prototype building – a remarkable 1250 tonnes of carbon dioxide will be extracted from the air during their growth. And that's just the start, as they also integrate various bio-based materials into our constructions.

The CLT used in our first HOLD building regrows in its forest of origin in a mere 14.2 minutes on a summer day. This underlines their unwavering dedication to sustainable practices and the speed at which HOLD replenishes the resources they use.
