HNK properties continue to increase in value
HNK stands for Het Nieuwe Kantoor (The New Office). Sold by Entweder to listed NSI under whose wings it became the market leader at 14 locations. HNK properties continue to increase in value. NSI’s recently published figures show that a capital appreciation of 4.8% has taken place in 2021. NSI’s focus cities are the locations Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, and Leiden.
Almost two years into the covid pandemic it is now clear that the WFH debate is only partially about how much space will be required. It is much more about what type of office space will be needed. HNK is optimistic that, given its portfolio, this will be an opportunity rather than a threat. With an NPS score of +20.3, up from +16.9 a year ago, customers increasingly recognize the product and services, while HNK still sees plenty of room to improve this score further.
